Small Group Sports Trainer – Long Island
Long Island Sports Training provides small group training services for players that are looking to get a lot of reps in a small group setting.
We provide small group training for soccer, basketball and lacrosse. In fact, we designed our programs for maximum repetitions in a fun, dynamic and challenging atmosphere.
Furthermore, it doesn’t matter if you are a college, high school, club or youth player. Basically, just gather some friends or teammates together to put in some work.
Though our unique process, we have developed age and talent specific programs to improve your game.
Additionally, our affordable training program will help build team camaraderie and confidence in your game.
Lastly, our programs look to improve the players overall speed, strength, and conditioning. We do this by incorporating sports specific training, skill training and game situations.

With this in mind, all of our small group training programs are position and player specific.
In addition, we use high level skill training and the competitiveness of the participants to address any area’s of weakness and build upon the players area’s of strength.

Soccer
Our soccer programs are designed to work on the fundamentals of foot work, dribbling, passing, shooting, trapping and field vision.
We incorporate defensive pressure, quick ball movement and body positioning elements to get the feel of actual game play.
Basketball
Our basketball programs are designed to work on the fundamentals of ball handling, shooting, finishing at the rim, passing, rebounding and court vision.
We incorporate zone and man defensive pressure, defensive trapping, how to read a defense and attacking angle elements to get the feel of actual game play.
Lacrosse
Our lacrosse programs are designed to work on the fundamentals of shooting, dodging, draw controls, passing ground balls and field vision.
We incorporate backer and man defenses, defensive trapping, shooting, passing/ground ball pressure drills and dodging attacking angles to get the feel actual game play.
